When a honeymoon is planned 6 months to a year in advance all that is required usually is a minimum deposit with final payment coming due 60 days prior to departure date. If you plan ahead you can have the honeymoon of your dreams. Planning the honeymoon early in the wedding planning process can allow the couple to have the destination they desire. The couple can better budget their wedding and honeymoon trip by knowing the cost of the honeymoon earlier in the wedding planning process. I am always sadden when a couple had great dreams about their wedding and can only afford 3 nights at a local beach because they spent too much on the other aspects of their special day. The key to best price on travel is planning ahead at least one year to 6 months in advance.
